Bridgewater Maintenance is a South African owner-managed company established in 2013 specializing in Electrical, Plumbing, Dry Walling, Ceilings, Roofs and general maintenance. We are Level 3, 51.04% Black Woman-owned company. Our aim is to get customer satisfaction. We cover as far as 100km from Kempton Park. Our Services
No job is too big for our team of highly qualified roof erectors and tilers. Each job is supervised to the point of scrutinization because we understand that every single roof we erect stands as a testament to our professionalism. Shoddy workmanship will never be associated with Bridgewater Maintenance. From the largest to the smallest jobs, we’ll cater to any client that needs maintenance and repairs to tiled or sheeted roofs.

What We Do
Painting
Interior and exterior wall painting. Where needed walls will be prepared to ensure maximum adhesion of the wall covering.
Roofing
New roofs, erected for newly built homes or additions. Building will be measured and plans drawn up to erect the roof.
Trusses
High quality trusses, built to exact specification and delivered to the site.
Roof Inspection Certificate
All newly erected roofs will be issued an A19 Completion certificate by a qualified roof inspector.
General Roof Maintenance
We offer checking of roof tiles for cracks or shifting of tiles. We also replace broken roof tiles and perform basic resealing.
Leak Detection
If a leak is not clearly visible our team will use alternative methods to detect and then repair the problem causing leak.
Fascia Boards
Fascia Boards will be installed upon request on new roofs. We also offer replacement of broken fascia boards on existing roofs.
Barge Boards
Barge Boards will be installed upon request on new roofs. We also offer replacement of broken fascia boards on existing roofs.
Basic Steelworks
Any smaller projects for steelworks like Spanish bars, gates and palisades can be accommodated.
Waterproofing
To prevent extensive damage to timber roof structures, it is advised that leaks in the roof should be attended to without delay. A choice of rubberized or paint on applications are available. One of our specialists will be able to advise you on the best solution for your roof.
Roof painting, with a unique spray on application
A high-pressure wash will firstly be done to ensure all dirt, dust and debris is removed. Two coats of high-quality roof paint will then be applied using a spray application process. This type of application ensures an even result.
